Include the existing layout and your proposed design where available. Tell us which revision your architect or drafter currently uses. This helps calculations and drawings refer to the same opening, dimensions and storeys.
If the design changes later, share the changes before ordering materials or starting work. Ask which drawings need updating and agree who will send the revised documents to the contractor.
